UK Mats Ltd Refund Policy
You may cancel your order prior to shipment or within 7 working days of delivery. (Working days exclude weekends and public holidays). Notification of cancellation must be in written form (by letter or email), notification by telephone is not sufficient. (This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000).
Notification of cancellation may be sent via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to UK Mats Ltd, Unit 1, Edmonds Road, Lane End, Buckinghamshire, HP14 3EN
Where goods are returned for reasons other than error on our part, damage or loss, you are liable for the return shipping costs. If any goods prove to be unsuitable, please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for full refund less any postage costs.
For custom mats that have been made to order, your automatic right to return lapses, unless the product is faulty in which a full refund or replacement will be issued. (This is in accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013)
Orders for standard mats can be cancelled any time prior to dispatch with no charge. Orders cancelled after this time will be subject to carriage charges. Please be aware that any custom mats (mats altered from standard to suit your specification) are exempt from your right to cancel.
